If you have difficulty switching off at night or experience poor sleep and brain fog, The Woman Becoming is a group coaching method created by Jade to reconnect you with the seven gateways within your body.
Each gateway explores areas of your life through the lens of safety, belonging, self trust, inner child connection, self compassion, speaking your truth and becoming whole. The gateways coaching gives you the opportunity to explore one area of your life in a 2 hour 1:1 coaching session. Allowing release of anxiety, exhaustion, people pleasing, perfectionism and an overactive nervous system. Areas of focus include strengthening your sense of safety, exploring the origins of your masks, building your ability to communicate your truth, feeling greater self compassion and integrating your conscious self with your unconscious self so you live as the authentic woman you are under all the layers.

No. You do not need any experience with coaching, yoga, breathwork, somatic practices, or personal development. Everything is guided in a safe, supportive, and accessible way.
Somatic coaching works with the connection between the mind and body. Rather than focusing only on thoughts, we explore how emotions, stress, beliefs, and life experiences are held within the body, helping create lasting change from the inside out.
The Woman Becoming Method™ is a holistic approach to personal transformation that combines somatic coaching, nervous system regulation, inner child work, self-compassion practices, embodiment, and reflective inquiry. It supports women in reconnecting with their authentic selves during periods of transition and growth.
No. Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or a substitute for mental health treatment. Coaching focuses on personal growth, self-awareness, and moving forward. If you are experiencing significant mental health difficulties, you may be advised to seek support from a qualified healthcare professional.
I primarily work with women navigating menopause, perimenopause, burnout, identity shifts, life transitions, people-pleasing patterns, boundary challenges, and a desire to reconnect with themselves.
