I’m Jade Treen, a Level 4 ACCPH Accredited Coach supporting women through every stage of the menopause transition. Based in Basingstoke, Hampshire, I help women navigate this profound season of change with greater self-understanding, confidence, and compassion allowing for the release of self criticism, over giving, burnout, exhaustion and loss of self. Letting go of your masks and meeting your authentic self again is the most profound gift you can give yourself. 

Menopause is so much more than a Hormonal Transition

My work was born from a deep belief that menopause is far more than a hormonal transition. It is an invitation to rediscover the woman beneath the roles, responsibilities, and expectations she has carried throughout her life. It is a time to merge the conscious and unconscious self to become whole and release exhaustion, burn out, people pleasing and an overactive nervous system.

I created The Woman Becoming Method® to guide women back to their authentic selves during this transformative chapter. 

The Woman Becoming Method uses seven key life gates as a roadmap for transformation. Each gate represents an important aspect of being human - from feeling safe and grounded, to expressing your truth, trusting your intuition, and connecting with a deeper sense of purpose. Together, they provide a practical framework for understanding yourself and creating meaningful change during midlife and beyond including personal growth, emotional healing, and self-discovery.

As we journey through each energy centre together, we explore the key foundations of a fulfilled life: safety, emotional wellbeing, self-worth, authentic expression, intuition, and purpose. Each stage offers an opportunity to release old patterns, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and create a life that feels aligned with who you are becoming.

Throughout life, women wear many masks. The daughter, sister, partner, mother, friend, colleague and caregiver. Menopause often brings a powerful shift in identity as the body, mind, and nervous system begin to recalibrate. Many women find themselves questioning old roles, reassessing priorities, and longing for a deeper connection with themselves.

Through coaching, nervous system regulation, inner child exploration, breathwork, movement, and compassionate self-inquiry, I help women understand the messages held within their bodies, reconnect with their authentic voice, and move forward with greater clarity and self-trust.

My Approach...

My approach is gentle, grounded, and deeply empowering. Rather than striving to become someone new, this work is about remembering who you have always been because beneath the masks, expectations, and conditioning lays the ember of truth that has been there all along. When that ember is nurtured, a woman doesn’t simply survive menopause. She emerges more whole, more authentic, and more fully herself than ever before.

How are sessions delivered?

All coaching sessions, workshops, and programmes are delivered online via video call. This allows you to join from the comfort of your own home, wherever you are in the world.

Do I need any previous experience?

No. You do not need any experience with coaching, yoga, breathwork, somatic practices, or personal development. Everything is guided in a safe, supportive, and accessible way.

What is somatic coaching?

Somatic coaching works with the connection between the mind and body. Rather than focusing only on thoughts, we explore how emotions, stress, beliefs, and life experiences are held within the body, helping create lasting change from the inside out.

What is The Woman Becoming Method™?

The Woman Becoming Method™ is a holistic approach to personal transformation that combines somatic coaching, nervous system regulation, inner child work, self-compassion practices, embodiment, and reflective inquiry. It supports women in reconnecting with their authentic selves during periods of transition and growth.

Is this therapy or counselling?

No. Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or a substitute for mental health treatment. Coaching focuses on personal growth, self-awareness, and moving forward. If you are experiencing significant mental health difficulties, you may be advised to seek support from a qualified healthcare professional.

Who do you work with?

I primarily work with women navigating menopause, perimenopause, burnout, identity shifts, life transitions, people-pleasing patterns, boundary challenges, and a desire to reconnect with themselves.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less notice may be charged in full. Full details can be found in the Terms and Conditions.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of coaching services, refunds are generally not available once a programme or session has commenced. Please refer to the Refund and Cancellation Policy for full details.

How do I know if coaching is right for me?

Coaching may be a good fit if you are ready to explore new perspectives, take responsibility for your growth, and actively engage in the process. If you’re unsure, you’re welcome to book a discovery call to discuss your needs and goals.
