1:1 Online Coaching offers a deeply personalised and supportive space for women navigating the menopause transition and significant life changes. Through The Woman Becoming Method®, each session is tailored to your individual experiences, emotional needs, and personal journey.
Over 16 weeks (one session every 2 weeks), we explore the deeper patterns, beliefs, and emotional wounds that may be keeping you disconnected from your authentic self. Sessions gently integrate trauma-informed coaching, breathwork, nervous system regulation, embodiment practices, inner child healing, and shadow work to support healing on a mind, body, emotional, and energetic level.
Each session focuses on specific areas of your life such as creating inner safety, emotional balance, boundaries, self-worth, finding your true voice, reconnecting with your inner wisdom, and becoming whole beneath the roles and masks you have carried throughout your life.
This work is designed to help you feel calmer, more grounded, emotionally balanced, and deeply connected to yourself - supporting you in stepping into the next chapter of your life with greater clarity, confidence, softness, and strength.
